Thanksgiving...

Happy (late) Thanksgiving to everyone. I was going to post yesterday but I was slaving away in the kitchen. For real, my parents came south for a long weekend so I was in charge of dinner. OMG, I have a new found respect for my grandma. It's amazing. I have some pic's to share.... the very last one is from Chell, Kaelene, Dez and I's early morning expedition to WAL MART. Brave Kae was in line (third) at 1245am. And then Dez and I showed up at 3, Chell followed around 4ish with the coffee. I was already on my second cup. I was on a mission for the Barbie Jeep's that were $88.00 I got the first one of the top of the small pile of only 6, nothing a little 'hip action' couldn't take care of. We put it away for Aydann's birthday. The crowd was insane, but I will admit that I was right there along with the other crazy people. I scored some amazing things for AWESOME prices. :) I added up my saving's and Justin was pretty impressed. I do have a crazy story about those Barbie Jeep's. But for now I am to exhausted and just need to go to bed. That will be a blog for tomarrow after I have regained my brain.

I started my week on Tuesday baking pies and bread. Since my grandma passed away I have taken on making the 'pineapple heavenly cream' every year. YUMMO.... I also whipped up some 'amish' bread that Chell gave me. It was pretty tasty too I might say.

The kids were awesome this week. They played and kept each other entertained so I was able to get a ton of housework and cooking done before Thanksgiving, then again they were super troopers when it came to mom being absent for some frantic shopping.

I'm bummed, when I was uploading my pic's I relized that I didn't get a family pic on Thanksgiving day, that's alright. We are planning to go to the lights tomarrow night, and pictures are required. :)

Jax is pulling himself now, when we were putting away leftovers he made sure to stick himself in the midst of cleaning up. The fridge of course was where he headed to first.

Ok, these girls are some diehard shoppers. They rocked some awesome sales, enjoyed watching some crazy people, and had some yummy coffee. You would be crazy to not go shopping with us at 3am. Who wouldn't love it. :)
