Seeking advice..you dumb broad I didn't steal your batteries.

So Justin and I received an envelope in the mail from our lovely former (bee-och) landlord. It was a breakdown on our deposit and repairs/replacments from after we moved from the apartment (shit hole). So she nabbed our entire deposit which was 500 bucks. Hey, I had some great idea's for that money. Wait let me back up, when Justin and I moved in there 6 years ago our ORIGINAL lease was for 6months and was NEVER signed by either Justin, myself or the owner Mike. ( He later sold the building the devil herself, but the HAG never had us sign anything and never gave us new leases, she said it all stayed the same) In the unsigned lease from Mike it clearly stated that we could not be charged for NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, but we would have to either pay 110.00 to have the carpets cleaned or do it ourselfs. SOOOOOO... 6 years later we buy a house and tell the raging BEE-OCH (thanks Jamie :) ) that we are moving. She tells me that she is repainting our apartment because it had been several years since it had been done and that she was replacing our fixtures. She came into our apartment and walked through and said that everything was ok that I just needed to do the basic cleaning. Well DUH you dumb broad. So my dearest step mom Dez and I stay up till like 2am cleaning the kitchen. We scrubbed that damn thing so hard we were sick from the cleaning spray. Ok, so point of the story is that we did everything we should have and were asked to. So, here comes break down from hagard old cow. She shameless old bag charged us our entire deposit for everything from new batteries in all the smoke alarms (14.00 for all PLUS 18.75 for her fat @**'s LABOR )But, it does get better. She had the nerve to charge us 30.00 to haul off garbage from the dumpster AND twice for the carpet cleaing. So this crazy bitch thinks that I am just some dumb stay at home mom and my husband doesn't know his @** from a hole in the ground. Well she is soooo wrong. I had the carpet's cleaned every 6months and still have recipts. I still have my "copy" of our original lease that doesn't state I have to pay for batteries and lightbulbs. So tomarrow I am getting statements from my inlaws that can prove there wasn't trash in the basement and from my stepmom. I am also going to call around and get advice from either a lawyer or someone that can help me get some of our money back. Sorry lady I'm not up for being taken advantage of. So bend over, we plan to stick it back to ya.

So here are some overdue pic's from the Round Up Parade and the Nez Perce County Fair. I won ribbon's on everything I entered this year. I was told that they changed their system a bit so I don't know if I feel like I would have won them on the old system. Oh well, it's all for fun anyway.
There is A TON of awesome stuff that is going to be happening down at Crop Paper Scissors. We had a meeting and came up with some fun projects and plans, Cori will be doing a fun christmas project and some card kits. Tami will have some awesome word book projects plus those girls are going to have a crop coming up. I'm working on a BOO album and soon a fun christmas organizer. So grab your friends and head down there. Now is the time to start working on any projects that you want to plan and do for christmas. And I know that you could go in anytime on the weekend and work on whatever your heart desires.
Well I need to get my rear in gear I have a bizzilion things to do today, we are hanging our new gutters and I still havn't painted my cabinet doors. I feel as if my head could possible spin off my shoulders at any moments. Gross.. :)

Changes

So I changed up my page, it was easier than I gave credit to. What do you think of the green and black. Nice change from the pink. :) Some of you girls sent me some LOVE, promise I am not forgetting you. I still have my head stuck in a paint can. :)

So much to do still...

Aydann was so proud to help her dad get his tin can moved so we can get it ready to store for winter. Ugh, she better not start collecting junk. I swear it runs through their blood.

Jax was wrestling with his sister's Mickey Mouse, she was acting so traumitized. But it was so funny. He is sitting up for about 10 - 15 min by himself, he get's off balance when he tries to reach for things to far. You can tell he is so proud of himself. He is starting to fill out, but is still wearing his 3 month clothes. I havn't bought him alot for winter since I am afraid to buy him something that won't fit at all or only for a short period. I guess we can buy as we go through the next couple of season's.
I have a trillion pic's of all our house progress, I don't know where to start. And there are so many that I need to occupy Aydann and get Jax down for a long nap to find a start place and finish.
I'm taking a few scrap'n things to enter in the Nez Perce County Fair. We plan to take Aydann and Jax on Sat so Aydann can do the petting zoo and the pony ride. Yay, animals that poop everywhere. :)

Finally

Ah, my computer is finally set up. We are still unpacking but my parents will be here so I know that my step mom will help me organize and figure out where stuff should go. And my dad will be putting up our new crown molding. :)

No Computer...

My computer is in a few boxes still and won't be together for a few days. Things are coming together. Our living room is looking amazing. All the new baseboard just got put in and the crown molding is making it's debut next weekend. I can't wait for some reason to have a party so you can all see Justin and I's hard work and partily emptied bank account. :) I'm finally getting excited. Later Babes.

Missing... Laundry...

I have to vent. I know that owning a home is suppose to be an investment and that for your first house it's realistic to buy something to put sweat equity into to make some money for another house later. But give me a freaking break. Who signed me up for this. (Oh ya I did.) The mess is driving me CRAZY. I had, mind you I say had a basket with enough clean clothes for a few weeks all set aside. I have 1, yes I said 1 tshirt left. For some reason a ghost or something is taking my shirts from the wash. I can't find them anywhere to be had. The kids and I are staying at my MIL's because of the paint and mess at the house. And my MIL's beloved weiner dog thought that he would have himself a snack and ate all but one pair of my underwear. I know, you are thinking WASH LAUNDRY. That would be easy if I could get the message to my husband to hook the damn thing up. I can't find anything I want or need in our house right now. Today I made Aydann a PB&J sandwich with a frosting spreader. Somehow this has to get organized. It's driving me crazy. All I want is clean underwear and socks. And to find the box with all my tshirts in it, Is that really to much to ask for? I think tomarrow I will leave the children and run for a pedi and coffee. Someone call me when it's all over. ( Ok, I am excited about some of the progress being made. )
