Jax's first christmas, I could have saved money if I had bought empty boxes, more wrapping paper and bubble wrap.

Aydann was so excited to have Santa come, but wasn't so excited to leave him cookies and milk. She thought that was a load of crap and threw the hugest fit because I wasn't giving her the cookies. Hilarious...

Welcome the paparrazzi. She was spoiled rotten between mom and dad and her grandparents. She not only got a camera but a fisher price MP3 player and a bike. She did say thank you like 5000 times.

Look another reindeer... I love this picture, I have one of Aydann wearing the same thing on her first christmas. I can't wait to scrapbook this.

I have many picture and things to blog. But don't have the time or energy. Today was a very good day at our house. We had a wonderful christmas, and hope you all did too.

This is on Chell's blog too, with her families pictures. Justin and Ryan's cuz Ashley was babysitting the kids last week and she showed us this website. I tried to get the same pic's that she used but the only one I know that is right is Justin's. Makes me laugh... Like he is really enjoying himself. :) Check out Chell's too when you are done.

I'm not old, just wiser !!!!

Thank you everyone... today was pretty awesome. I got so spoiled rotten!!!! Don't you love how Aydann is showing the back of her shirt just like Mommy. Ha, I love it.



I got so spoiled from my hubby and family that I am sad it's over. I got to sleep in and Justin brought my coffee to me with my favorite creamer and then he took charge of breakfast and the kids while I spent the morning doing whatever I wanted. It was awesome. I knew I was getting a new camera for my birthday because I'm the one who picked it up the day after thanksgiving. But I didn't know that Justin went shopping again and got me the 4th book to the Twilight series and a Twilight zip up hoodie. It's pretty cute. Last night he took me to see the movie (again for me, the first for him. He actually said that the story line was good, but he could do without the 'shimmering' :) ) My mother in law got me a label maker that I have been wanting for my scrapbooking. We of course went to dinner with a few of my favorite people to ElSombero.. YUMMY. my favorite. The margarita's were yummy and Chell made sure to rat me out to the waitress so they could sing and make me wear a horid hat. Thanks Chell. :) The only thing I didn't get to do today was get a pedi, I decided to go to Costco with Justin and hang with my sister instead. There is always another day. Well I think I'm off to read some of my new book, I'm so excited. I hope they make a movie about all four. I have offically become a twilight 'groupie' YAY... :)

Tonight my sister and her boyfriend watched the kids. When I came home this is what I found. Aydann twirling and playing dress up. Only now she has an accomplice, is this dog gender confused or tortured. He didn't care or mind at all. I think if he could twirl he would too.

So after begging and pleading I gave into Justin's request to get a dog. Kristy knew of this boxer that needed a home. So a warm fuzzy bed we gave him. In exchange he gives tons of drool, many potty breaks and the constant feel that he is following me through the house with his nose in my butt. Justin is so excited about finally having a pet. He grew up with boxers so we felt this would be a good fit. He is already nine years old, and turning grey in his beard. But he needed a good home. Aydann thinks he is the coolest and this morning she wanted to double check that the 'puppy' was still here. His previous owners named him Luigi... ( I know, not my first choice in animal names. ) Aydann calls him Louie, and since he is already into the AARP stage of his life he can barely hear so it's ok.. actually I think he hears just fine. He is just a typical male and chooses to ignore. This a.m when I got up he was all sprawled out my couch. Ya, that was rule #1.. STAY OFF THE COUCH... furniture is for people. (Rule #2 is he has to be on his bed while we are eatting, dogs don't eat people food. Rule #3 is STAY out of the kid's room, kids toys are for kids. and doggy slobber doesn't belong on them. Rule #4 I DONT do poop patrol, Justin is said poop picker uper, your dog your duty ) So back to him sleeping so comfy on my couch, I tried to get him down while I was still holding Jax, totally wasn't budging. I had to put the baby down and push his @** and pull on his 80lb collar to get him down. He just looked at me with a dumbfound stare like I was turning off his football game. Guess him and his new owner will fit together just fine.

Got Sketch...

One of the challenges for the online Got Sketch scrapbooking class. Didn't turn out amazing, but it was a kick start for this creativity that I am lacking...

Tid Bit's and some kid's....

We went to the christmas lights this last week with my sister and her boyfriend. Uncle Nat as Aydann calls him. (His name is Nate) Every year we try to get a decent picture from our annual trip to the lights for our christmas card. I hope this will do. :)
I worked Thur at the store and stayed busy handing out christmas project idea's. Jaxon went with me and of course every woman that came through the door spent more time oggling him then the paper. Sorry Kristy. :)
My mom and dad were in town again this weekend. It was the annual christmas tea at church. Again the food was amazing and hearing Lisa and Andrea sing together gave me goose bumps. There was a speaker this year and she had some good words to share. I also got to finally meet an old friend from high school's wife. They have been moved away stationed over sea's and they are home. So again this year it was exciting to see all the tables dressed up and to visit with awesome girls. ( For those of you who don't know what the heck I'm talking about, every year Faith Tabrenacle Church does a ladies tea, the tables are hosted by different women and decorated so different and fun. The food they serve is awesome. And it's just a fun reason to get out of the house with no boys or kids. )
Last night 'Lise came over to play and Aydann was gone at Noah's birthday party. She was a little bummed until she relized she had no other kids to share toys with. That certainly perked her up. She played so good, and I almost hardly noticed her there. Now I said almost. :) ;) She wasn't to willing to go home with her dad when he showed up. I think she was enjoying being an only child at that moment. Aydann returned a bit later. Pony tails sticking straight up. Noah's birthday party was at Bumpers and they ran until they pooped out. When she heard 'Lise had been there. She frowned and crossed her arms and just stared at me silently. Kids, where do they learn this stuff. Oh ya, us...
This week is showing to be busy. I am working on the Got Sketch Mini Challenge online class, and am proving to be a slacker. I got one layout done, but haven't done the other two or posted any pictures. Gotta get it in gear. I thought I wasn't so busy with christmas projects. Until I pulled a santa and double checked my list.

I've become obsessed... I can't put the book down, it's all my sister and I talk about it. And I'm thinking if my poor hubby has to hear anymore of it, he just might disown me.
