I finally was able to steal a few hours to actually scrapbook some pictures. This was all I accomplished. I thought today I would have a little bit more time, who was I kidding. But I am not going to complain. We put an offer on a house last week and today we found out that they accepted it. So I have been on the phone scheduling inspections and talking to Crystal our mortgage chicca. We will close by the 25th if all goes well with the inspection and the sellers paper work. The house is owned by Fannie Mae so there is a ton of extra paper work involved and other "legalities". I'm excited and nervous, I have a ton to do, thank goodness my mother in law offered to help pack. I don't know where to even begin, we have lived here for almost 6 years...... YIKES. I will miss Justin and I's first home together, it's kind of a bitter sweet for me. I hate this apt, but my kids were born here (no Jamie, not actually in the apt) and this was the place we lived when we got married. So it has history for us. I will miss it. I guess.

Congrats on your new house!! I feel the same about leaving our house...since our kids were concieved;)..and born here! See ya thursday!
but now you can start new and make new memories all in your OWN house. The kids are young enough they won't remember the podunk lil apartment.
Congratulations on the new house....I felt the same way when we left our first house of 10 years. That was our begining and I was sad to leave, but I can't even imagine still living there. It was the epitome of tiny...3 bedrooms, but tiny!!
oohh a new house! How great! I cannot even imagine moving now- our 1st house was 1300 sq ft & now we have 2900 sq ft. I thought we would never fill this big of a house with stuff and needless to say we have! But I blame my hubby, he cannot purge anything- such a PACK RAT! So where is the new home?
