Long weekend...

This weekend feels like it went by so slow and yet so fast at the same time. Justin had to work all three days but worked a day shift on Fri so he could at least enjoy the fireworks with us. We started out Friday with me and the kids hanging out at home. After we had some lunch we went over to The Reel's so Kaelene and I could grocery shop for our yummy BBQ. Aydann played all day with Caiti, skipped her nap and only acted like a terd a few times. She had a blast, this was her first year getting really excited about the fireworks, after we came back from the stand with some she was freaking out, ready to play with fire... Uh Oh. So after dinner I got all the fixing together for our yummy traditional strawberry shortcake and we headed to the Hick's were Krisy and Savan were house sitting. The view of the river there is amazing and the view of the fireworks display was just as good. After the fireworks were over we had to book it to the car and away from the high school. Gratefully it only took me a few min longer to get home. :) There were people and police EVERYWHERE. Saturday we just kinda chilled. After Justin went to work Kaelene and I took all the kids to the levey for a walk, my brand new double jogger was shipped BROKEN.(a whole nother post) So I had to push Aydann in the regular stroller and pack Jax in the front pack. Let me tell you how much that sucked. When the lil girls asked to play at the park I was all for it. My back was killing me by the time I got home. But Aydann played hard and was tierd. So she was almost asleep by the time her bath was over and her jammies were on.
Well my house is finally all quiet and I just stuffed myself with toast and a bowl of cereal so I plan to lay on the couch for a little bit and hog the remote before I head to bed. Tomarrow night is suppose to be our family pictures so I have lots to do. I hear my morron neighbor lighting off more super loud booming fireworks. Again. So the quiet is gone now, didn't he get the memo. The fourth of July is over....
