Well last night I watched Aydann color and paint. Her favorite things are paint and scissors and glue. She was making a card for her Papa Whittaker and she wanted to make a picture for Meema. (that's my stepmom) so I got her out a ton of paper, (the cheap construction kind) her kid safe scissors, a glue stick, and some macaroni. She had the time of her life. I swear she had more water than paint on her paper. And it was all over her face when she was done. Then she got "mad" because the macaroni wasn't stick'n with the glue stick. So we busted out something stronger. She thought it was great to hold to glue up high and watch it fall onto her paper from practically 5000 feet. (thank goodness it cleaned up easy) she also had blast cutting paper. Big surprise, Ugh, what did I do ever introducing her to scissors. She is such a crafty little kid. My scrapbooking things are still litter'd all over the table so she assumed that is what she was doing too. She kept asking of a picture of Jax so she could "crap it" She was saying "scrap it". Ha, I'm laughing again just thinking about it. When her little craft time was about over she was just like most of us girls when we are scrapbooking. Not ready to be done, wondering where all the time went. Looks like one of the futures of Crop Paper Scissors is sitting at my table. :)
